Architectural Review Board

At the May 6, 2025 Common Council Meeting, the Council approved Ordinance No. 2025-2675, adopting the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) rewrite as Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code to replace and to repeal the current UDO. Per the new adopted UDO, the Architectural Review Board is no longer a requirement for residential additions and new construction; therefore, the Architectural Review Board was dissolved as of June 27, 2025.
