  5. Plat Approval fee – 3 Preliminary Plats – Fees collected $15,000 from/3 Final Plat Submittals - $3,000 fees collected.

  6. Storm water management fee – This fee not charged by City.

  7. Water or sewer hook-up fee -

    1. Sewer connection fees 42 permits/Fees collected $143,004

    2. Water connection fees – Combined with Impact Fees under b.
