Residents and business owners can be part of the Franklin Camera Registry Program by registering their video surveillance systems with the Franklin Police Department as a valuable tool in an effort to combat and solve crime. It is important to note that the Police Department will NOT have direct access to your surveillance system but will simply request your help with any potential video evidence.

As a result of the State of Emergency due to the COVID-19 Virus, and to maintain social distancing, citizens experiencing the need to report non-emergency incidents to the Franklin Police Department can do so by filling out the Online Request for Police Services form. Once the form is submitted, an officer will contact the citizen via telephone to gather further information for a follow-up investigation, if necessary. If a crime is currently in progress or if this is an emergency, dial 9-1-1.
Specific quarry event concerns should be reported to the Quarry Representatives as soon as possible after the event. Use this form to report an event at the quarry or to file a complaint regarding the quarry to the City and/or Quarry Representative.
Property owners who feel that their assessed value is incorrect can fill out and remit this form to the Assessor's Office to have their property data and assessed value reviewed.
The Franklin Police Department recognizes that some members of our community may have special needs, or may react differently when coming into contact with police officers or firefighters during an emergency situation.
