FRANKLIN BUSINESS PARK
The Franklin Business Park is a 425-acre corporate development for office and light industrial use. It is located at 5100 W. Ryan Road (State Highway 100), which provides easy access to Interstates 94 and 894, U.S. Highways 41 and 45, and State Trunk Highway 36. The park is 20 minutes south of downtown Milwaukee and 80 minutes north of Chicago.
This park is fully improved, providing sewer, water and utilities to all lots. It was developed by MLG Development in partnership with the City of Franklin Community Development Authority and the City of Franklin. LOOMIS BUSINESS PARK
Discover Loomis Business Park, a 127-acre industrial hub completed in 2021. Located at West Loomis Road and West Ryan Road, this park was planned for research and development, light industrial, headquarters, technology, medical, commercial, and associated uses.
FRANKLIN CORPORATE PARK
Located at 3617 W. Oakwood Road, the Franklin Corporate Park encompasses 550 acres, with immediate access to I-94 through the Elm Road Interchange. It is home to a dynamic mix of businesses and planned developments.

Franklin Industrial Park - Phase II
FRANKLIN INDUSTRIAL PARK
The Franklin Industrial Park is located immediately west and adjacent to the Franklin Business Park on State Highway 100 (West Ryan Road). The park is home to 42 businesses and is on approximately 210 acres. Land is sold out. The development has its own protective covenants.

NORTH CAPE INDUSTRIAL PARK
The Franklin North Cape Industrial Park is located on the northwest side of Franklin on County Highway OO, approximately 2.5 miles south of the I-43 and I-894 interchange. The park's 25 acres are zoned M-1 and home to 15 commercial and industrial businesses. Land is sold out.
