Clinical Services
The most effective way to prevent chronic disease and vaccine preventable diseases is to keep routine screenings and immunizations up to date. We offer the various services for qualified individuals as a way to keep our residents healthy.
NOTE: All Screenings and Clinics are by appointment only. Please call 414-425-9101 to schedule.
The Franklin Health Department also aims to prevent the spread of communicable diseases which are illnesses that can be transmitted from one individual to another, from animals to humans, or through contaminated surfaces. The Department collaborates closely with local healthcare partners to ensure appropriate patient treatment/recovery and to prevent future transmission of disease throughout the community.
