Camera Registry Program
The Franklin Police Department’s Camera Registry Program allows residents and businesses to register security cameras with the department voluntarily. The program helps officers quickly identify potential video evidence during investigations, while respecting privacy. The department does not access cameras without consent. Participation is entirely voluntary, and camera owners retain full control of their systems.
By joining the program, community members help law enforcement investigate crimes and emergencies more effectively, while strengthening trust and collaboration.
