Application forms are available for your convenience; however, the Planning Department recommends to schedule a pre-application meeting to sit down with City of Franklin staff to discuss your project and application materials. Master Sign Program: Alternative procedure to encourage a higher level of design and amenity than is possible to achieve under applicable sign regulations.
