Aldermanic District 4

Mira Kresović has called Franklin home since 1971. She attended Franklin Public Schools (Pleasant View Elementary, Forest Park Middle School, and Franklin High School).

Mira taught mathematics for over two decades at an all-boys university preparatory high school, taught college-level mathematics at two area institutions, and now teaches at a parochial middle school.

Education:
Mira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Professional Communication and a Master of Arts in Mathematics Teaching, both from Alverno College.

Mira ran for office because she loves Franklin, has watched it grow from a rural farming community into the suburb it is today, and remains fully committed to its future. She is honored to serve the residents of District 4.
