Architectural Review Board

One and Two Family Residential dwellings, signs, additions, and other projects as required by other boards and commissions, must be submitted for approval by the Architectural Review Board.

The Architectural Review Board meets twice a month, on the second and fourth Thursday of the month (subject to change during the holiday season). Submittals for approval are due by 4 p.m. on the Thursday one week before the scheduled meeting (2023 meeting dates / 2024 meeting dates).

A $55 fee must be submitted with each item to be reviewed by the Architectural Review Board.
