The City of Franklin is accepting applications for Heavy Equipment Operator in the Public Works Department.  

Duties:  Operates heavy duty equipment, such as bull dozers, excavators, pavers, skid steers, plows, etc. in the construction and maintenance of the municipal structure. Requirements:  CDL license is preferred. Must be able to obtain Class A CDL with N endorsement within first 6 months of employment. One year previous experience involving the use of medium duty dump trucks and heavy equipment is required.  

Wage & Benefits:  Starting pay will be approximately $27/hour, depending on qualifications. Benefits include health and dental insurance; WI Retirement System pension plan; paid holidays, vacation, personal, and sick days; and clothing allowance.
