Salary:  Starting pay is expected to be between $55,991-$66,000/year, depending on qualifications. The top of the salary range is currently $72,786.

Benefits:  WRS Retirement program.  We also offer the choice of two different health insurance programs (a high-deductible health plan that includes City contributions into a health savings account and a health reimbursement arrangement OR a PPO insurance plan); two dental options, life insurance; and provide competitive vacation days, personal days, holidays, and sick leave.

Schedule:  Must be available to work any shift, weekends, holidays, with rotating days off and occasional mandatory overtime. The City of Franklin Dispatch Center works a 5-2, 5-3 work schedule, or 2002 hours per year.
