Due to an upcoming retirement, the City of Franklin, located in the southwest corner of Milwaukee County, is accepting resumes for a Director of Inspection Services.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years building inspection experience required.  Supervisory experience is a plus.  State certification in Commercial Buildings, UDC–Construction, and UDC-HVAC are required.  State Plumbing and Electrical certifications are a plus.  

Salary Range:  $76,716 to $101,649/year with a hiring rate dependent upon experience.
