Franklin Business Park

The Franklin Business Park is a 425-acre corporate development for office and light industrial use.  It is located at 5100 West Ryan Road (State Highway 100), which provides easy access to Interstates 94 and 894, US Highways 41 and 45, and State Trunk Highway 36.  The Park is 20 minutes south of downtown Milwaukee and 80 minutes north of Chicago.

This park is fully improved, providing sewer, water, and utilities to all lots.  It is was developed by MLG Development in partnership with the City of Franklin Community Development Authority and the City of Franklin.  Contact the Economic Development Director at 414-427-7566 for information on available lots and pricing.

Franklin Industrial Park

The Franklin Industrial Park is located immediately west and adjacent to the Franklin Business Park on State Highway 100, West Ryan Road.  The Park is home to 42 businesses and is on approximately 210 acres.  Land is sold out.  The development has its own protective covenants.  Its location offers businesses and employees quick and easy access to metropolitan area amenities.

North Cape Industrial Park

The Franklin North Cape Industrial Park is located on the northwest side of Franklin on County Highway OO (West Forest Home Avenue and approximately 6800 South).  It is approximately 2.5 miles south of the Interstate 43 and Interstate 894 interchange.

The Park's 25 acres is zoned M-1 and is home to 15 commercial and industrial businesses.  Land is sold out.  Its location offers businesses and employees quick and easy access to metropolitan area amenities.
