The City of Franklin, who will be switching from a contracted IT service to direct-hire employees, is looking for 2 full-time Desktop & User Support Administrators.  

Duties:  Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, will be responsible for the installation and support of hardware, desktop software, operating systems and network connectivity. Requirements:  An Associate Degree in Computer Science, CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, Microsoft Office Specialist-Associate or equivalent certification is required. Must have 1-3 years of desktop hardware, software, and end user support experience along with Windows 10 installation and automated deployments. Pay/Benefits:  Starting pay is expected to be between $40,277 to $48,130 annually, depending on qualifications. Benefits include health and dental insurance; WI Retirement System pension plan; and paid holidays, vacation, personal, and sick days.
