Payments to the City


Payments for invoices, fees, and fines can be made in the following ways:
 

  • In person
  • Using the City Drop Box
  • By mail directly to the Bank
  • By mail to the City
  • By credit card (specific items only)


Payment in Person


Municipal Court and Bail obligations:


Payable at:  Law Enforcement Center
                  9455 W. Loomis Road
                  Hours of Operation:  Open 24 hours per day.

All other obligations (including Property Taxes, Sewer/Water Payments, Licensing, Permits, and other City Invoices):


Payable at:  Franklin City Hall
                  Treasury Office
                  9229 W. Loomis Road
                  Hours of Operation:  Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
 

Payment at 24-Hour Drop Box


The City of Franklin has a drop box available 24 hours per day located right outside of the main entrance to City Hall, 9229 W. Loomis Road.  The drop box is emptied periodically during the day Monday thru Friday and processed as part of that day's receipts.
