Mayor's Recommended 2021 Budget

The Mayor's Recommended 2021 Annual Budget was presented to the Common Council at their September 15, 2020 meeting where it was forwarded to the Finance Committee.  The Finance Committee reviewed the Mayor's Recommended 2021 budget during four planned meetings and submitted its recommended changes to the Common Council at their meeting of October 6, 2020.  

A Public Hearing and final action on the proposed 2021 Budget is scheduled for the Common Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 17th.  The Mayor's Recommended 2021 Budget document is also available for viewing at the Franklin Public Library and the Office of the City Clerk.
