Mayor's 2020 Recommended Budget

The Mayor's 2020 Recommended Annual Budget was presented to the Common Council at their September 17, 2019 meeting where it was forwarded to the Committee of the Whole Meeting of September 30, 2019 for further review and discussion.  A Public Hearing and final action on the 2020 Budget is scheduled for the Common Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 19th.  The Mayor's Recommended 2020 Budget document is also available for viewing at the Franklin Public Library and the Office of the City Clerk.
