1. Is there a Notary Public at City Hall?
Documents can be notarized at the City Clerk's Office as several individuals are Notary Publics. Please bring identification (required) and do not sign the document before you arrive. Signatures must take place in the presence of the Notary Public.

4. How do I file a complaint with the City?
Complaints are processed through the City Clerk's Office (414-425-7500). To file a complaint, a Complaint Form must be filled out completely and signed. All questions/fields on the Complaint Form must be answered in order for the complaint to be processed. If using the online form, your complaint will automatically be submitted to the Clerk's Office. Otherwise the form can be faxed or mailed to:
