On April 1, 2006, the Common Council formed the Community Safety Response Task Force to monitor sexual predator proceedings/activities and press the State to keep a tighter rein on habitual sex offenders such as Billy Lee Morford.
Meetings are held as needed at City Hall, 9229 W. Loomis Road.
