West Drexel Avenue Reconstruction

Drexel Avenue reconstruction is being broken down into two phases splitting at Risen Savior Church property (this will allow access to the church at all times).  The west section will be completed first with a start in March and completion no later than June 20, 2008.  (Note:  The contract will call for substantial completion of both the east and west sections on or before the above stated date.)

STH 100 Resurfacing

  1. The D.O.T. resurfacing of STH 100 will be split into two phases:  a.) south of W. Woelfel Road to W. College Avenue to be completed before June 20, 2008.  One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times.  No work will begin on the south portion until after June 20, 2008.  b.) the south portion, between south of Woelfel Road to W. Loomis Road, is to be completed by July 16, 2008.  Note:  On the two lane portions of this phase, flagmen will platoon traffic during the milling and paving operations.  No D.O.T. construction activities will be allowed on July 3-6, 2008.
     
  2. The developer will complete the roadway improvements on STH 100 on or before June 20, 2008 so they will not have any conflicts with the D.O.T. resurfacing of the south section.
     
  3. With this schedule, all construction activities will be completed prior to the opening of the Target Store, planned for July 23, 2008.
