Hear explanations on disorders and diseases of the bones and joints, including osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis. Learn what is new in arthritis education, medical diagnosis, and treatments.

Let's get serious and work toward healthier joints! Join Julie as she provides education and a sample of exercises designed to help joints feel better, reduce pain, and increase strength and flexibility (wear comfortable clothing if you would like to participate). Learn from Andrea about healthy eating tips and strategies to keep weight down. Learn about hidden sugar in foods, healthy and not-so-healthy fats, portion distortion, and more.

Dr. Joel Wallskog will discuss prosthetic implant options, including Birmingham Hip Resurfacing, Deuce Partial Knee Replacements, and revision surgery. A physical therapist will be on hand to discuss preparation of your home before surgery, equipment needs, exercises, walking after surgery, and tips to assist you with your recovery from surgery |
