All night parking regulations are in effect from November 1st to April 1st. During this period, no person shall park any vehicle on any street in the City between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Sundays (except physicians on emergency calls).
