The Office of Student Life supports and complements Northwoods University’s singular mission: to prepare you for personal and professional success through a curriculum that blends academic study, professional training and hands-on experience.  We concentrate on supporting you in your college endeavors. 

Our student body can take advantage of the following services:

  • Books, course materials, NU clothing, gifts 
• Disability Service
  • Support services available including accommodatio policies, test-taking procedures
• Lost and Found
  • Location of lost items on the NU campus
• NU Coffee Hut
  • Coffee, tea and sandwiches available - great place to relax and hang out.
• NU Dining Room
  • Breakfast and lunch available between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm.  Great meals at an affordable price.
• NU Libraries
  • You will find an extensive research collection of over 2.5 million volumes housed in the main library and several branch libraries across campus.
• NU Student Union
  • The place to go - the hub of Northwoods U.
• Public Safety
  • Safety services are available including crime prevention, community education, patrol services and neighborhood watch.
• Transportation and Parking Services
  • Source for parking permits, ridesharing and guest parking reservations.
