Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) defines the zoning, development, and land division regulations for the City of Franklin.  These regulations must be followed for all development.  Below is a link to the main City of Franklin UDO document, the ordinances that reflect text amendments pertaining to the UDO, and an additional link for some of the more recent zoning district revision updates.
