2024 Local Street Preventative Maintenance Program

S. Lovers Lane Road Water Main (Water Tower Park to 1,500 feet south of W. Drexel Avenue): 

• Construction anticipated February through April 2024
• The project consists of the installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of new water main. 

S. Lovers Lane Road Water Tower (8120 S. Lovers Lane Road):

• Construction anticipated February 2024 through December 2025
• The project consists of the installation of a new 1.0-million-gallon water storage tower in the vicinity of 8120 S. Lovers Lane Road.

Lions Legend Park Pickleball Courts:

• Construction anticipated to be completed July 2024
• The project consists of the removal of existing tennis courts at Lions Legend Park and installation of 10 new pickleball courts. The project will include new court surface, fencing, drainage system, and sidewalk around a portion of the courts. 

Kayla’s Playground Flooring Replacement:

• Construction anticipated May through June 2024
• The project consists of the removal and replacement of poured-in-place play surfacing.
