2018 Proposed Budget

The Mayor's 2018 Recommended Annual Budget was presented to the Common Council at their September 19, 2017 meeting.  On September 19th, the Common Council forwarded the Mayor's 2018 Recommended Budget to the Committee of the Whole Meeting of October 2, 2017 where actions were taken that modified the Mayor's Recommended 2018 Budget.  See attached "Committee of the Whole's Letter of Transmittal on Actions for the Public Hearing - October 25, 2017" for a list of the Committee of the Whole's adjustments to the Mayor's Recommended 2018 Budget.  A Public Hearing and approval of the 2018 Proposed Budget took place at a Special Common Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 14th, at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Franklin City Hall, 9229 W. Loomis Road, Franklin, WI.  The recommendations of the Committee of the Whole that occurred prior to October 13, 2017 were incorporated into the Public Hearing Notice as published on October 25, 2017.  PLEASE NOTE:  The Public Hearing Notice as published in the Franklin NOW newspaper contained a few typographical errors created by the newspaper in their publishing process.  It was not possible to get the paper to make the necessary corrections prior to printing.  Therefore, the correct Public Hearing Notice is attached here.
