One and Two Family Residential dwellings, signs, additions, and other projects as required by other boards and commissions must be submitted for approval by the Architectural Review Board. The Architectural Review Board meets twice a month, on the second and fourth Thursday of the month (subject to change during the holiday season). Submittals for approval are due by 4 p.m. on the Thursday one week before the scheduled meeting – 2013 meeting dates.
