July 4th Parade: Children’s Parade at 10:30 a.m.; Main Parade at 11 a.m. The Children's Parade is an annual tradition with the kids decorating their bikes, wagons, and strollers in patriotic red, white, and blue colors.  If interested in entering a group to participate in the Main parade, please request a registration packet now by calling Ann Adamski at 414-690-7340 or via email at  All local area scout troops, churches, youth groups, booster clubs, and civic organizations are encouraged to participate. Deadline for entry is June 15th. No registration is required for the 10:30 a.m. Children’s parade. 

Fireworks:  The spectacular fireworks display will begin promptly at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4th!

Entertainment: Bands/Entertainers to perform will include:  Bobby Friss Band, Pat McCurdy, Bella Cain Band, Doo-Wop Daddies Band, Front of House Band, Category X Band, Evan and Tom Leahy, Brett Gaertner Singing Guitarist, best of Franklin Idol Singers, and Wisconsin Marching Band 5th QuarterPayne & Dolan Quarry Tours and Brew City Wrestling will be providing family-friendly entertainment for all ages on Monday, July 3rd.  See complete Entertainment Schedule here

Local Artists:  The Franklin Civic Celebration is also an opportunity for local artists to display and sell their creations.  To learn more, contact Ann Adamski at 414-690-7340 or via email at

Volunteers: If interested in volunteering at the Civic Celebration, please fill out the attached Volunteer Sign-Up Form and mail it to the address on the form or scan and email it to, or contact Pete Kosovich at 414-761-7664 to register. Volunteers must be at least 21 years old. Sign up early to get your time slots reserved.
