The City of Franklin is currently looking to add an additional full-time Desktop & User Support Administrator.
Duties: Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, will be responsible for the installation and support of hardware, desktop software, operating systems and network connectivity. Requirements: An Associate Degree in Computer Science, CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, Microsoft Office Specialist-Associate or equivalent certification is required. Must have 1-3 years of desktop hardware, software, and end user support experience along with Windows 10 installation and automated deployments. The position will require hands on assistance to users, which will require in person work and the ability to lift/carry equipment and crawl under desks. Pay/Benefits: Starting pay is expected to be between $45,125 to $58,662 annually, depending on qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance; WI Retirement System pension plan; and paid holidays, vacation, personal, and sick days.
